Bonjour! I’m Kevin, Chef/Owner of Bon Moment Bake Shop and a certified Red Seal Chef.

As a professional chef, I have had the experience working at local Asian eateries as well as hotel establishments in downtown Vancouver, such as the Pan Pacific and Fairmont Hotels. Over the last few years, I took a leap of faith and embarked on a culinary journey to France where I had extraordinary opportunities to work for 1 & 2 Michelin Star restaurants.

Founded in 2020, Bon Moment, currently operating from YVR Prep commissary kitchen in Burnaby, offers one-of-a-kind afternoon tea catering experience for all your special events and needs.
